January 4, 1949, the roof collapses on the Bemidji Sports Arena, forcing the Beavers to
move their February 1, 1948, Bemidji State record their first hockey victory over International Falls. January 29, 1960, Bemidji State renews their hockey program after a 9 year layoff. 1960, Bemidji State plays on an outdoor rink at the High School Athletic Fields and on campus. Fall 1967, the Beavers move into the new John Glas Fieldhouse for the first time. March 9, 1968, Bemidji State captures their first NAIA title with a 5-4 overtime
